The beauty is within

Modern day society TELLS us that the only beauty we have is on the outside.

It couldn't be anymore incorrect.

What makes everyone so beautiful is what is inside of them. However, most of us don't understand this, and we hide behind all of the make-up we use to make ourselves feel a hell of a lot more confident and happier with ourselves. I admit that without make-up I don't feel great, I feel as though I need it on,but I've realised that it doesn't matter if I wear it or not, the people I love are always going to love me back. Hiding behind make-up doesn't make you a prettier person, the most important part of you is not your looks, but what is inside if you.

So here is a picture of myself, my natural self with no make-up on, with all of my imperfect skin and nothing on my face. This is who I am, I can't change it. You can't change yourself, you are born the way you are born, why hide that? I'm not saying that you should never wear make-up again I know I'm not going to stop but I want you all to realise that when you put your make-up on you are not doing it to hide yourself or make yourself look like another person, you are doing it simply to make yourself have that little bit more confidence. People love you for being you, not who you try to be with all of the make-up on.
But remember this "you were born this way" and being purely natural is the most beautiful thing you can ever be.

It's up to fate

Noun The development of events outside a person's control, regarded as determined by a supernatural power.

Personally, I believe fate is the reason why we meet who we meet, we do what life shoots at us and why we get involved in the things that we get involved with.

Fate is like death. One day we will all die. But we were put on this planet for a reason, and every single individual has a fate about what they do and who they meet. It's like for example only seeing someone once and there is no way that you could ever see them again, but you do. That is fate. These two people were meant to be in each others life's. Or you make a sudden decision to go somewhere or to do something and something happens that complexly turns your world upside down. That is fate.
Fate can not be changed no matter how hard we try to rebel against it, we will always loose. We were meant to do or meet a certain somebody and we will. fate has already mapped out our futures, it's down to us to live it.

What is truth and what is lies

A lie is something that we as humans use quite frequently; whether that's a little white lie or whether it is a lie which could have great meaning.

So how do we know that everything we believe to be true is actually true? The fact is we don't. We believe what we trust.

A lie is something that can be told very easily, it is near by impossible to find anyone who has never in their life told a lie; we have all done it and people have believed what we have said even though it wasn't the truth.
My point is that we we have no idea of how much we know Is actually real, for all we know it could all be lies; but we trust certain things to be true therefor we tell are selfs that what someone has told us is really true.
I always get so into this topic because it is so crazy to think we might not know the truth but what what would life be without a little bit of confusion

No matter who you are, where you come from or what your occupation is you will always find a flaw in yourself, even if that flaw is something so small you still know it's there. Everybody has their own insecurities about the way they are. Even if you look at someone and think they are perfect; they will be insecure about something, no one is 100% happy with themselves. Some people are happier than others but still they are unhappy with something. And who might you say is telling you that you suck and you should be insecure? You. it's all in your head. I know it's so much easier said than done but you have to forget about that little shit inside of your head because the harsh reality is that you are never going to be completely happy with yourself so why not just have an time and forget about what you don't like and focus on the many things that are so amazing about you. Because after all you at least deserve to be happy no matter what you may think.      

A waiting game

It's hard sometimes to see your friends all happy either in a relationship or really liking someone. Of course you're happy for them, well what else can you be?

but sometimes it's hard because you want to feel like that, the way they are feeling, you want to be happy with someone but most importantly, all you really want is just someone to really like you the way you are and the way your friend really likes that other person.

 I know I do. 

But life goes on and I suppose the time will come someday when someone does really like you the way your best friends like that other person. 

For the time being however, I'm getting used to being lonely. I can wait, I just bloody hope someone comes soon because waiting bores the living daylights out of me.    

Inside secrets

"we all carry these things 

inside that no one else can see

We all have things that we keep secret, things that no one knows, even the people that are closest to us have no idea what we are hiding; but it's not like we can just tell them everything. No we can't. 

As much as talking and being honest and open with people is a great thing there are just certain things and thoughts that EVERYONE likes to keep to themselves because in the end everyone needs their privacy and to have within them something that only they themselves know. However, sometimes it isn't the best of things these little things, secrets we have are our anchors we keep them inside and they can destroy us, not everyone I must say but some people get totally destroyed by them and that's where you need to be careful. I'm all for having your own personal secrets but that totally depends as to what they are. Some things are better out than in and could really change your life if you just spoke out about them. So please take into consideration what your inside secret is and if it is something that can be changed, speak out, you will not be judged!   

Insides

" Do you ever wonder whether people would like you more or less if they could see inside of you? I always wondered about that. if people could see me the way I see myself, if they could live in my memories, would anyone, anyone, love me?" - John Green

A person doesn't truly or properly love you until they know you, until they have seen your insides. Your insides are who make you who you are and there is no such thing as love until the insides have been revealed.
We pick who we want to reveal our insides to and only a certain amount of people get the chance to see inside and these are the people who we want to love us because we only accept the love we think we deserve. 
And to the other people who think they know us, they don't. We haven't revealed enough of our insides for them to know us, they only know our outsides and that is all.
However, there are cases in which we let our walls down to show someone inside and they will not like it and they will run, but that just shows you they don't deserve you. You deserve to have someone who likes your inside and your outside you just have to find the right person,

Things change

Many things chance during a lifetime, the biggest ones being people and yourself.
People change, they are not the same person as they were in primary school as they are in high school or as they were in high school as to who they are in college. As people get older they change to fit the circumstances that they are in, they change to fit into the environment that they've been put into, the fact of the matter is that even if you know someone and get on with them that might not be the same case in years to come. Don't get me wrong people can be friends for a lifetime and that's absolutely great but unfortunately in some cases it doesn't work out like that.

Now you, yourself are just like everyone else, you may have your own unique style and have unique qualities but you still change to fit in, you aren't the same person you were 10 years ago and you won't be the same person 10 years form now.
People and yourself change and that's just something we all have to live with because absolutely nothing can stop it from happening.

Doing as you command

Today, whilst looking at a drama book that helped you with your vocal exercises I came across this poem and I believe it to be one of the best things I have ever read.

Bid me to live, and I will live
Thy Protestant to be;
Or bid me love, and I will give
A loving heart to thee

A heart as soft, a heart as kind,
A heart as sound and free
As in the whole world thou canst find,
The heart I'll give to thee

Bid that heart stay, and it will stay
To honour thy decree:
Or bid it languish quite away,
And't shall do so for thee

Bid me to weep, and I will weep
While I have eyes to see:
And having none, yet will I keep
A heart to weep for thee

And hast command of every part
To live and to die for thee

I love this poem because it shows the dedication you have for someone when you do nothing but love them. You do as they command when you love them, you will give it all up just to see them happy.

The man in this poem is obviously so in love with a woman and he's telling her he will do anything that she commands even if that means dying. And to me that is the most beautiful thing.

Memories

What's never failed to make me question why is memories. And the reason I think why is because you can remember a certain thing happening, you can picture it in your head very easily and this memory can stay with you for a lifetime but then after a year or so you can't actually imagine yourself doing what you done in the memory, like it never happened.
I know what I'm saying is making no scene at all but just stick with me.
I'll give you an example, I used to be really close with somebody and I can remember so many things from the times when we were together but when I think back now it seems fake, like I've never done any if the things I can remember but of course I have because I wouldn't be able to remember it otherwise.
So my question is why does this happen?
Why do your memories seem like just a dream? I took some time to actually think about this and the result: your brain and body don't need you to think about the past, it doesn't matter to them any more, you've survived that time period and now there job is to ensure that you survive the present and the future because the past doesn't have that great of an impact to your life anymore so why focus on it when it can not be changed.

Demons hide within your eyes

'Demons' by Imagine dragons is by far one of my favourite songs at the minute.
                  When I love a song I listen to every single word and try to understand exactly what it means however, I've learned that there is so many things that you can pull out of a song. One song can have different meanings for so many different people. A person can interpret a song in one way and another person in a different way.

"When you feel my heat

look into my eyes 

it's where my demons hide 

it's where my demons hide 

don't get too close 

it's dark inside 

it's where my demons hide

it's where my demons hide" 

I love this song so much because of the words on these eight lines. Your eyes are where your demons hide. You could be a kind of person who can hide their emotions and no one would tell how you're feeling but your eyes, your eyes are the narrator of all your stories; they let every single emotion you feel escape into the wild, your emotions are your demons. 

'don't get to close it's dark inside' 

if people are close enough to be able to look into your eyes nothing will stop them from seeing the truth you may be hiding. You can hide your lies very easily with every other part of your body but when it comes down to your eyes, there's nowhere you can hide. 

So don't go try hiding your demons, it's no use your eyes are there gateway. 

Mind.

You can't always feel good about your life or even yourself, no one human could do such a thing.
A mind is a very powerful thing. It can make you think things that send you into a downward spiral, things that may not even be true, your mind evaluates situations that you are in, giving you the directions to what's right and what what's wrong. Sometimes it sends you in the wrong direction, and you begin to over think everything which is never a good thing Believe me!
Your mind then never rests, it keeps you up all night weighing up all the different things that could be happening. But sometimes on the other hand, your mind can be a wonderful thing allowing you to enter a place that is entirely your own. Some say that this is called your imagination. I don't think it is. Without a mind there is no such thing as an imagination you still have to think about things when you are imagining and that is what a mind is for.
So here's a word of advice from myself to you; don't always believe what your mind tells you, sometimes it becomes distorted and sends you in the wrong direction.
